
Registration Deadline: Friday May 9, 2008
When the meeting starts and ends:
- Wednesday June 11 – Arrivals and check in to Delta Chelsea Hotel.
- Thursday June 12 – Sessions from 9:00 – 5:00, followed by a group dinner.
- Friday June 13 – Sessions from 9:00-5:00, followed by dinner on your own or departures.
- Saturday June 14 – Final departures.
- A more detailed agenda is being prepared – you’ll be notified when it’s available on this site.
Getting there:
- Please make all your own travel arrangements and save your receipts for reimbursement.
- Please book economy flights and try to book ahead – the route you take is up to you.
- Take a taxi to the hotel.
Accommodation:
- Your room at the Delta Chelsea will be booked for you after you fill in the registration form on this site.
- The cost of your hotel room will be covered under a master account, but you'll be responsible for any incidental charges.
- Please note the Delta Chelsea is entirely non-smoking.
Meals:
- Meals will be provided throughout the meeting.
- There will be a group dinner arranged to which all attendees are invited on the evening of Thursday June 12.
Reimbursement for Travel Expenses:
- Please consult the expense form and travel policy on this site for more details and download the document to send in with your receipts (scroll back up to upper right-hand menu).
- Allow 4-6 weeks for processing your expense claim.
