ARRIVAL:
- For Program Members and Advisory Committee Members
There will be an opening night reception/dinner Wednesday, May 27 at the Renaissance Hotel at 6:30p.m.
The meeting will begin on Thursday, May 28th - sessions will start at 8:30 a.m.
- For Guests, outside speakers and students/postdocs
Arrive Thursday, May 28th after lunch. Sessions for the scientific meeting will begin on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
- A more detailed agenda is in process - you will be notified when it is available on this site.
Getting there:
- Please make all your own travel arrangements and save your original receipts for reimbursement.
- Please book economy flights, and try to book ahead.
Accommodation and Meals:
- Your room will be booked for you after you fill in the registration form on this site.
- Your hotel room will be covered under a master account, but you will be responsible for any incidentals.
- Please note that CIFAR will cover the cost of your room for the nights associated with the meeting.
- If you would like extra nights, please be advised that these will be at your own expense, unless you are arriving early or departing late in order to engage in CIFAR related activities/events or CIFAR research/business. The hotel will bill you upon upon checkout for any extra nights.
- Meals will be provided throughout the meeting.
