Shelley Phipps’ research on satisfaction highlighted in The Globe & Mail

A recent article by Frances Woolley in The Globe & Mail discusses recent research by Shelley Phipps, a Fellow in CIFAR’s Social Interactions, Identity and Well-Being program. In collaboration with Peter Burton from Dalhousie University, Phipps studied the well-being of immigrant children and their parents in Canada and discovered a ‘satisfaction gap’ between immigrant and Canadian-born families.
