About

Brendan Frey is a computer engineer whose research focuses on developing deep learning algorithms for genomic analysis applications.

The algorithms make use of large genetic datasets to understand and predict the interactions of DNA mutations and their effects on human health. The work spans interests and advances from both the Genetic Networks and Learning in Machines & Brains programs.
