Eero Simoncelli Computational biologist
Eero Simoncelli’s research interests span a wide range of topics in the representation and analysis of visual images, in both machine and biological systems. Since 2000, he’s been an Investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, under their program in computational biology.
Elected Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), 2008.
