How do we use AI to make life better?
CIFAR's Global Call for Ideas invited applicants from all over the world to propose an important research question they want to address. We chose 12 finalists, and will announce the final selection in May. Find out more about this finalist.
Because of its unique power, AI could make all aspects of our society better – health care, transportation, the economy, government. But it will also cause disruptions that need to be managed. This program will ask how we want to develop AI and what policies we need to put in place to make sure its benefits are distributed for the good of all.
